Broadly, Isabelle is interested in marine ecology and conservation. In the IMF Lab, she is working with NOAA colleagues to conduct a climate vulnerability assessment in the Gulf of Alaska.

Biography
Isabelle grew up in Austin, Texas. She graduated in 2022 from Southern Methodist University with a BS in environmental sciences. After receiving a Marshall Scholarship, she went on to earn an MSc in Climate Change from King's College London and an MSc in Aquatic Conservation, Ecology and Restoration at University College London. In her role with the Integrated Marine Fisheries Lab, Isabelle works on the first climate vulnerability assessment for the Gulf of Alaska. She also aids in mentoring undergraduate students on a variety of projects that have direct utility for marine resource management. Outside of the lab, she enjoys traveling, birding, reading, and doing the daily NYT crossword puzzle.
