Isabelle grew up in Austin, Texas. She graduated in 2022 from Southern Methodist University with a BS in environmental sciences. After receiving a Marshall Scholarship, she went on to earn an MSc in Climate Change from King's College London and an MSc in Aquatic Conservation, Ecology and Restoration at University College London.
My lab combines genetic, morphological, and environmental information to reconstruct evolutionary relationships, examine the influence of ecology on morphology, and predict how ecological alterations affect adaptation.
I apply collaborative approaches to understanding diverse perspectives on human-wildlife issues in order to work toward more equitable and contextual conservation solutions. My current research is exploring and assessing relations among wolves and landowners in the state of Oregon.
