My Master’s research focuses on developing strategies to manage bristly hawksbeard (Crepis setosa), a problematic weed in white clover seed production. Through field trials at Oregon State University’s Hyslop Farm and in collaboration with local growers in Linn County, I am testing 21 different treatment combinations of herbicides and application timings in white clover. Complementary greenhouse studies will further evaluate treatment effectiveness under controlled conditions.
